The Welcome Center's Family Engagement Team supports newly enrolling families during their initial transition into Loudoun County Public Schools by gathering education histories and connecting families with school and community partners during their visit.
The Welcome Center Family Liaison will also connect you with the Family Liaison at your student's school. Family Liaisons empower parents/families to become active participants in the education of their children in three ways:
Access to school information, resources, and opportunities for engagement
Access and education on school-issues technology and learning management systems
Education and resources to become an independent member of their community in order to further support their child's education
