The Instructional Facilitator Program in Loudoun County Public Schools supports teachers and teams in all elementary, middle, and high schools to enhance teacher practice and student learning. Division Instructional Facilitators (DIFs) support the implementation of the LCPS Profile of a Graduate to promote deeper learning for all students.

The Division Instructional Facilitators use the knowledge they have gained in professional learning throughout the year.  Specifically, they use skills learned in the following training sessions:  Adaptive Schools Seminars, Cognitive Coaching Seminars®, and Fierce Conversations®.
