Advisory Committee Update
The MSAAC executive board updated the school board on their focus for the 2024-2025 year.
Work Session
Ahmed Woods, LCPS Auditor General, presented the school board with the annual report, highlighting its noticeable activities conducted between October 12, 2022, and June 30, 2024. The annual report summarized audit engagements, and hotline concerns and outlines initiatives for the 2025 fiscal year.

The Board discussed several information items, including:
Recommended updates to Policy 8020, Relations with School Support Organizations.
Revisions to Policy 7316, Supplementary Pay: Athletic Coaches, Sponsors of Virginia High School League Activities (VHSL), Co-Curricular and Other Stipends.
Revisions to Policy 7630, Tuition Programs.
