MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND MEDICATION IN THE CCE HEALTH OFFICE:

If your child has been diagnosed with any of the following, please have your child's Healthcare Provider fill out the linked Medical Action Plan and bring the completed paperwork along with any medication in its original box/prescription label to the school Health Office prior to the first day of school: 

  1. Allergy requiring EpiPen

  2. Asthma requiring inhaler

  3. Seizure Disorder

  4. Diabetes

Rapid REVIVE!

Loudoun County offers a shortened format of training, called Rapid REVIVE! This version allows individuals to complete the training in six minutes. After watching a short video and then providing their contact information, participants receive free naloxone nasal spray. This version is available anytime. No registration is required.
