The Office of Student Services (OSS) oversees Student Health Services, Outreach Services, McKinney Vento, Registration, Homebound Services and Special Permission. The mission of the Office of Student Services is to provide school staff, families, and students access to resources that eliminates obstacles, provides access for all, and enables students to succeed as individuals within the learning environment. Through leadership, program development and evaluation, staff development and training, and support for all student services programs, the Office of Student Services ensures that all stakeholders are fully supported and informed.
The mission of the Special Permission staff is to process special permission, homeschool, religious exemptions, tuition students, and move in/move out applications in an efficient manner based on LCPS school board policy.
The mission of Student Health Services is to foster growth, development, and educational achievement of all LCPS students by advocating and promoting health and wellness in a safe and supportive environment.
Our mission is to support parent liaisons, interpreters, and the community school initiative and connect students and families to the school community. We also connect with community and business partners to identify resources that will help all students achieve educational success.
