Welcome to first grade! The first grade team is excited to meet you and spend the 2024-2025 school year together.

It is our goal that every student feels safe and supported in our classrooms. We will build our community through social emotional learning as we enhance our academic skills. We will encourage each student to think critically, take risks, and always try their best. In our classrooms, students will learn to work productively in partnerships and small groups. They will also grow more independent as they learn to work on their own and advocate for themselves. We are excited for our journey in the 2024-2025 school year as we build new friendships and learn from each other.
